5.0      PROBLEM: Brake binding. (Rear brakes only)
5.10	Grad. hand brake valve (GHCV)	Leak through exhaust or less delivery pressure.	Overhaul assy.* Ensure shimming/setting to get correct pressure.
5.11	Spring Brake Actuators (SBA)	Leak through L tube - indicates main seal/ram defect. Leak through SBA Service Port (with pipeline disconnected and Hand brake released condition) indicates O ring/ram stem defect.	Identify defective assy and overhaul.*
5.12	System Protection Valve (SPV)	Hand brake element in SPV not functioning.	Overhaul assembly.*
5.13	Hose, pipes & fittings	Leakage between GHCV delivery & SBA port circuit.	Check pipe lines & all joints. Rectify/replace hose assy if damaged.
