adjusters (SA)

- Worm shaft slipping in slack
adjuster.
- In correct position between
S A and actuator push rod.

Overhaul
the defective assy.*
Angle between actuator push rod and slack adjuster should not
be less than 90 degree at brake applied condition. Reset push
rod adjustment evenly and adjust brakes.

Brake
chambers and spring brake actuators

- Pushrod sticky operation,
diaphragm leak.
- Difference in type (Size)
of actuators between RH and LH brakes.

Overhaul
defective assy.* Replace diapharagm / push rod seal
Ensure fitment of correct size in all brakes.

brakes & vehicle condition

- Defect in foundation brakes.
- Uneven loading or defect
in steering linkages and other alignments.
