In terms of the listing agreement,
we would like to inform you that Mr S Muralidharan resigned as Company
Secretary and compliance officer of the company as at the close of 31st
January 2008, and Mr V N Venkatanathan, Senior Vice President (Finance) of
the company has been appointed as Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company
effective today ie., 1st February 2008.
